Shipping and In-Store Pickup Policies

🚚 Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from our retail location in Austin, TX, Monday–Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding federal holidays). Each order is carefully hand-picked and packed to ensure safe delivery.

Standard Delivery Times:
Orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days after shipping. Fulfillment may take 4–5 business days. If your package has not arrived within 14 days of shipping, please contact us at support@naturestreasuresatx.com.

📦 Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. You can choose from a range of USPS and UPS options, including expedited delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

🎁 Free Shipping Over $200

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax and shipping). This must be selected during checkout. Eligible orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.


🏬 In-Store Pickup (Austin Locals)

Local customers may choose In-Store Pickup at our Austin retail location:

  • Pickup Hours: Monday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Pickup Location: Receptionist area or main counter at
     11055 N IH 35, Austin, TX 78753

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready, typically within 24–48 hours. Please provide your name and order number upon arrival.

Important: In-store pickup orders will be held for 30 days after fulfillment. Unclaimed orders will be canceled, and a refund (minus a 5% restocking fee) will be issued as a gift card to the email associated with the order. No exceptions.


🔍 Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website or through your Nature's Treasures account. A Delivery Confirmation will be sent once your package arrives.


🛡️ Route Shipping Protection

To give our customers added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout. Route is a third-party service that insures your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. While we offer this protection, we do not operate or manage Route directly.

  • To file a claim with Route: Follow the email instructions or visit https://claims.route.com.

  • Without Route protection: You may file a claim directly with USPS or contact us at support@naturestreasuresatx.com for further assistance.

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer under our control, and we are not responsible for shipping-related issues unless Route Protection was purchased. Route is a separate entity that provides you with shipping insurance, and any claims must be made through them directly. If you suspect there is damage due to a packaging error, please contact us directly with a provided picture at support@naturestreasuresatx.com so we can investigate the matter further.

What Route Covers

✔ Lost Packages

  • Packages with no tracking updates for 7+ days (domestic) or 20+ days (international).

  • Packages still not delivered 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.

  • Missing items from multi-package shipments.

  • Delivered to the wrong address (if you entered the correct one).

✔ Stolen Packages

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, after waiting at least 5 days.

  • Misdelivered packages confirmed to have gone to the wrong location.

✔ Damaged Items

  • Items that arrive unusable due to damage in transit. Photo evidence is required.

All claims must be submitted to Route within 30 days of the last tracking update or delivery date.

What Route Does Not Cover

✘ Incorrect Addresses
Orders placed with the wrong address are not covered. Please contact us ASAP if you need to update your shipping info before your order ships.

✘ Delays or Unshipped Orders
Packages that haven’t shipped yet or show as “Pre-shipment” or “Label Created” are not eligible. Shipping delays, including for expedited services, are also not covered.

✘ Customs or Legal Holds
Orders held or seized by customs or law enforcement are not considered lost.

✘ Returns & Quality Concerns
Route does not handle returns, exchanges, or dissatisfaction with product quality. Please contact our support team directly for those matters.

✘ Items Not Eligible for Resale
 Items that cannot be returned or resold may be handled at Route’s discretion.

If you purchased Route Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim directly with Route here:

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Nature’s Treasures is no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit. Route Protection is your best safeguard for ensuring a smooth resolution in these cases.
