Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Ā A: Orders typically ship within 4–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details once fulfilled.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
Ā A: We offer a range of USPS and UPS options at checkout, including express shipping. Free Standard U.S. Shipping is available on orders over $200 (after discounts, before taxes and shipping).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Ā A: We currently offer shipping to the entire continental U.S. and U.S. territories, with plans to expand internationally.

Q: Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Ā A: Yes! Select ā€œIn-Store Pickupā€ at checkout. Your order will be ready within 24–48 hours, and we’ll notify you via email. Please pick up within 30 days or your order will be canceled and refunded via store credit, minus a 5% restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer personalized notes?
Ā A: Yes! You can add a custom note during checkout requesting a personalized note included in the order. We pride ourselves in making sure every package arrives beautifully wrapped and safe.

Q: How can I track my order?
Ā A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email or text once your order ships. You can also log into your Nature’s Treasures account to view tracking info and order history.

Q: What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
Ā A: Once a package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. For added protection, we recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

Q: What is Route Shipping Protection?
Ā A: Route is a third-party shipping insurance service that covers your order in case of loss, theft, or damage. You’ll receive separate instructions to file a claim via https://claims.route.com if needed. For more information on Route, please see our Shipping Policies page.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
Ā A: Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged or missing item(s). If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you can also file a claim directly at claims.route.com.

Q: My package says ā€œdelivered,ā€ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Ā A: First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it after 5 days, reach out to us or file a claim if you added Route protection.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Ā A: Yes — we offer Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders over $200 (after discounts, before taxes/shipping). Be sure to select this option at checkout.

Q: Are your crystals natural?
Ā A: Yes! Our stones are natural and ethically sourced. We note in the product description if an item is heat-treated, lab-created, or enhanced.

Q: Do you carry both raw and polished crystals?
Ā A: Yes! We offer a wide variety, including rough stones, polished points, tumbled stones, spheres, carvings, and more.

Q: Are the crystals pictured the exact ones I’ll receive?
Ā A: For one-of-a-kind pieces, yes. For tumbled or bulk items, photos represent the general quality and variety you can expect.

Q: Do you provide metaphysical properties for your stones?
Ā A: Yes, most product pages include traditional meanings. Please remember, this information is not intended to replace professional medical or mental health advice.

Q: Where do your crystals come from?
Ā A: We source our crystals from trusted suppliers around the world, prioritizing ethical and sustainable practices. Each piece is carefully selected for quality and rare one-of-a-kinds.

Q: How do I cleanse my crystals?
Ā A: Common cleansing methods include smudging with sage or palo santo, placing under moonlight, sound healing, or using selenite. Avoid water with delicate stones like selenite or pyrite. See our blog posts for more information on crystal care and use.

Q: Can I put crystals in water or sunlight?
Ā A: Not all stones are water or sun-safe. Research specific stones before placing them in water or prolonged sunlight, as some may dissolve or fade.

Q: Can I visit your store in person?
Ā A: Absolutely — we’re located at 11055 N IH-35, Austin, TX 78753. Visit us 7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Q: Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Ā A: Yes, local customers can select In-Store Pickup at checkout. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready (typically within 24–48 hours).

Q: What are your retail hours?
Ā A: We’re open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We close for major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we close early at 3:45 p.m. This time may vary.

Q: What’s available in-store?
Ā A: Our 30,000 sq ft showroom features crystals, minerals, fossils, jewelry, salt lamps, books, singing bowls, incense, candles, metaphysical tools, and local gifts. Outside, our Rock Yard and Depot offer bulk stones and lapidary tools/services.

Q: Is your store dog-friendly?
Ā A: Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome to shop with you.

Q: Are staff members available to help me choose stones?
Ā A: Absolutely. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to help guide you in your crystal or metaphysical journey.

Q: Can I weigh my own stones at the Rock Depot?
Ā A: We weigh stones at checkout for accuracy. Many bulk stones are priced by weight (per lb, oz, or gram), and some items may have minimum purchase amounts.

Q: Do you host events, classes, or readings?
Ā A: Yes! Our 2,200 sq ft Event Center and Practitioner's Room regularly host events, workshops, pop-ups, and private sessions. Check our events calendar or follow us on social media for updates. You can also sign up for the Nature’s Treasures monthly newsletter here.

Q: Can I rent the Event Center?
Ā A: Yes! Reach out to our Event Coordination team at community@ntrocks.com for rental availability and pricing for workshops, group events, or private events in the Event Center.

Q: Can I rent the Practitioner Room(s)?
Ā A: No, the Practitioner Rooms are solely dedicated to the usage by the members of our Practitioner Program. Our rotation of spiritual practitioners come through daily, offering their services to the Austin Community from 11:00 am until roughly 5:00 pm and have been vetted by the head of our Practitioner Program. If you are interested in joining our Practitioner Program, or be considered for future events featuring practitioners, then submit your spiritual resume here.

Q: What is the Trunk Show?
Ā A: Every Year at our retail store in Austin Texas, Nature's Treasures has treasures from around the globe as we showcase new discoveries from the International Gem Show in Tucson Arizona. Get first pick of our most popular items and unique one-of-a-kind specimens to add to your collections!
