Return Policy

At Nature’s Treasures of Texas, we take great care in intuitively selecting, packaging, and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safe, complete, and as expected. We want you to be happy with your purchase while honoring the in-store policies of our Austin storefront.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all online purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any online orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for online orders.

If you received your item in good condition but are not satisfied, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in LIKE NEW condition.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Returns are eligible for an online gift card equal to the item’s price, minus a 5% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping costs, discounts, or sale pricing will not be included in the gift card value.

  • Gift cards can only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any new shipping fees when using store credit.

⚠️ Items damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for store credit. Please package returns with care.


In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days and without prior communication will be canceled.

  • Items will be restocked, and a gift card minus a 5% restocking fee will be issued to the original purchaser.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Unsealed or perishable items

  • Incense, oils, or body products

  • Tarot & oracle decks, rune sets

  • Yoni eggs, crystal pipes

  • Any other consumable product


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

To protect your order during transit, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

  • Route Shipping Protection must be added before checkout to be eligible for coverage.

  • If you selected Route and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim at:

🛡️ Route Shipping Protection

To give our customers added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout. Route is a third-party service that insures your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. While we offer this protection, we do not operate or manage Route directly.

  • To file a claim with Route: Follow the email instructions or visit https://claims.route.com.

  • Without Route protection: You may file a claim directly with USPS or contact us at support@naturestreasuresatx.com for further assistance.

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer under our control, and we are not responsible for shipping-related issues unless Route Protection was purchased. Route is a separate entity that provides you with shipping insurance, and any claims must be made through them directly. If you suspect there is damage due to a packaging error, please contact us directly with a provided picture at support@naturestreasuresatx.com so we can investigate the matter further.

What Route Covers

✔ Lost Packages

  • Packages with no tracking updates for 7+ days (domestic) or 20+ days (international).

  • Packages still not delivered 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.

  • Missing items from multi-package shipments.

  • Delivered to the wrong address (if you entered the correct one).

✔ Stolen Packages

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, after waiting at least 5 days.

  • Misdelivered packages confirmed to have gone to the wrong location.

✔ Damaged Items

  • Items that arrive unusable due to damage in transit. Photo evidence is required.

All claims must be submitted to Route within 30 days of the last tracking update or delivery date.

What Route Does Not Cover

✘ Incorrect Addresses
Orders placed with the wrong address are not covered. Please contact us ASAP if you need to update your shipping info before your order ships.

✘ Delays or Unshipped Orders
Packages that haven’t shipped yet or show as “Pre-shipment” or “Label Created” are not eligible. Shipping delays, including for expedited services, are also not covered.

✘ Customs or Legal Holds
Orders held or seized by customs or law enforcement are not considered lost.

✘ Returns & Quality Concerns
Route does not handle returns, exchanges, or dissatisfaction with product quality. Please contact our support team directly for those matters.

✘ Items Not Eligible for Resale
 Items that cannot be returned or resold may be handled at Route’s discretion.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Nature’s Treasures is no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit. Route Protection is your best safeguard for ensuring a smooth resolution in these cases.
