Shipping Policy

Fast Shipping

Orders are shipped from our retail location in Austin, TX, Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., except when a Federal Holiday prevents pickup. Your order will be carefully picked, packed, and shipped so that your products arrive quickly and are undamaged. 

Shipping rates vary according to the size, weight and destination you enter at checkout. You may choose the shipping method that suits your budget and needs. Standard shipments in the US are delivered within 5-14 days. If your shipment does not arrive within 14 days, please notify us at 

 In-Store Pickup

We are now once again offering for any local customers or visitors to be able to pick up their online orders in-store during our regular business hours from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Typically we would like to request anywhere from 24-48 hours at the latest to fulfill in-store pick up requests, but typically our response time is much faster depending on the order. 

This option will be available during the check out process from the drop down of shipping options. Once fulfilled, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up. From that point, simply walk into the main retail show room and inform any of the available employees at the front counter you're picking up an order, provide your name, order number and possibly the phone number or email address on the account, and sign off on our pick up sheet that you have received your order and your done! If you are having someone else pick up your order for you, please have them verify your name, order number AND either your phone number or email address.

We are happy to offer this service, however, we do have limited space to be able to hold these orders, so please be sure to pick up promptly. We will give any and all customers a maximum of 30 days to pick up their in-store pickup orders and will try to contact you frequently to verify you still intend to pick up your order. If we have not heard from you by the end of the 30 day period we will cancel your order and follow our store's return policy by issuing you a refund via an online gift card for the value spent on your purchase minus a 5% restocking fee with no exceptions.

Track Your Order

When your order is packaged, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation via text or email, depending on which option you choose. Your Shipping Confirmation Notification will include a Tracking Number for your order. By clicking on the Tracking Number, you will be taken to the website of the Shipping Carrier handling your delivery.  you can see where your package is at any time, and when it is estimated to be delivered by the carrier you choose at Checkout. 

Once the carrier picks up your package from our retail location in Austin, TX, it is out of our control, and we will rely on the same Tracking Number sent to you to tell us where your package is. 

You can also find your Tracking Number by logging into your Store Account, going to your order history, and selecting the desired order. It will show your Tracking Number, which you can click on to see where your package is with the Shipping Carrier. 

Delivery Confirmation

When your package is delivered, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation notification by email or text. 

Free Standard Shipping for Domestic Orders Over $200

We offer Free Standard Shipping for Domestic Orders totaling over $200 at Checkout. Offer is based on the total order amount after any discounts, and does not include any Gift Cards, taxes or tariffs. You must select this option during checkout from the drop down list of Shipping Options. When selected, we will ship your items at no charge using the least expensive option available to us, which may incur longer shipping times. 

Shipping Insurance and Protection

In regards to protecting your purchase from loss, damage, or theft we offer the opportunity to add on Route Order Protection to every purchase. This is able to be added on to every order by searching for Route Shipping Protection as an additional add on that will vary in price depending on the size, weight, dollar value, and shipping destination of your order.

This will add additional peace of mind and safety in the event anything were to happen to your order before it reaches you and Route will provide you any information you need to file a claim if it should be needed in a separate email to the email address on your account. If a claim needs to be filed, you can go to and enter in the information requested and follow the step by step instructions to file the claim.
