Here at Nature's Treasures of Texas, we take an intuitive feel and special care to select, package, and send your online purchases to ensure your order is accurate and arrives both complete and safe. In alignment with our brick-and-mortar location in Austin Texas, all sales are final, and we do not offer direct refunds for online purchases.

Damaged or Stolen Products

Nature's Treasures offers for the option to add on Route Shipping Protection for any purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to have this service added on and paid for prior to completion and shipment of your order to guarantee any kind of protection for your purchase.

If you have opted to do so and you have received your product in damaged condition, or if your package is lost or stolen, please visit https://claims.route.com and enter the necessary information to file a claim.

Returns

If you received your product in good condition but are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product, then please review the following details before initiating your return. If you have any questions, please e-mail support@naturestreasuresatx.com.

  • Any in-store pickups that have exceeded 30 days without having been picked up or receiving any communication for being picked up will have their order cancelled, item(s) restocked and amount for the purchase be issued via an online gift card minus a 5% restocking fee without any exceptions.
  • Items in LIKE NEW condition may be returned within 30 days of the expected delivery date provided by the shipment carrier for an online gift card in the amount paid for the item(s) minus a 5% restocking fee.   1. Amounts issued via online gift cards will NOT include the cost of shipping and will also account for any discount codes or sale costs and will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected to be in LIKE NEW condition.
  • All return product shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes the return shipping for the product being sent back and the shipping cost of any items purchased using the issued online gift card.
  1. Be advised that any products damaged during the return shipping will NOT be issued a gift card or be eligible in any way for an exchange since the product MUST be in LIKE NEW condition upon return. Please securely package the returning items accordingly.
  • All consumable items or unsealed items such as incense, oils, body products, tarot or oracle decks, rune sets, yoni eggs, crystal pipes, or any form of perishable products are NON-RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE FOR A GIFT CARD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
