Laura is originally from the coast of California, moved to Austin to be closer to her daughter. While in California she taught Reiki & yoga, facilitated mantra groups, ran her own specialty gardening business and did freelance writing. Being drawn to metaphysics and inspired by her grandmother and Native American great grandfather, she has studied world religions, herbal medicine and vibrational healing from young adulthood. Laura applied for a floor position with Nature's Treasures in 2014, and has become a central figure in the Community Event Center as an Events Coordinator as well as grown in the community as a practitioner and teacher of Reiki.
