Moonstone is a feldspar mineral with a Potassium Aluminum silicate with a hardness of 6- 6.5 with color ranging from a semitransparent to opaque white with blue hue, silver, green, yellow, brown, grey to nearly black.

In retrospect, might have preferred the 40mm version, since the 30mm is slightly over an inch in diameter, but the larger costs over twice the price of the 30mm. Still, a beautiful piece from Indonesia. This plus another from Morocco came well-packaged and quickly from Austin, TX. Thanks!
