AGMS is looking for Members who are interested in an opportunity to sell their work, materials, equipment, or products. All sale offerings must be gem/mineral/fossil related and be your own work/property. No bulk sales from outside sources. We are offering members one (1) 10 – 10’ X 10’ space at our First Saturday Meet up and Network events from 10 to 2, March through September 2022.
AGMS is a non-profit, volunteer organization with no paid employees. We own our facility and all the resources housed within. The success of this organization depends on members who volunteer to assist with various routine and special activities. Volunteering for AGMS is recommended for all members to help sustain our club.
Volunteer Opportunities
-Social Media Admin
-Board Secretary (must be a member for min of 2 years)
-Website: writers, photographers, Rock Talk Monitors, Blog/OP-ED writers, articles
-Gem Capers (our annual Gem and Mineral Show) general helpers needed
-Facility maintenance projects
First Saturday general helpers needed
-Set up 8 to 10am
-Refreshment: 9:45 to 12: 12 to 2 shifts available
-Facility Tours: 10 to 12: 12 to 2 shifts available
-Club Booth helpers: 10 to 12: 12 to 2 shifts available
-Take down 2 to 3pm
