The stone is beautiful but it was broken when it arrive
In retrospect, might have preferred the 40mm version, since the 30mm is slightly over an inch in diameter, but the larger costs over twice the price of the 30mm. Still, a beautiful piece from Indonesia. This plus another from Morocco came well-packaged and quickly from Austin, TX. Thanks!

I purchased these obsidian hearts to give as a lagniappe to the guests on my yoga retreat in Sicily. We will be meditating and having an asana class on Mt. Etna. Obsidian is a stone formed by lava that didn’t have enough time to cool into glass. This volcanic glass aids in protection, grounding, and spiritual communication. I could not have found a more perfect gift for the guests on my retreat.
